Fall Service: • Cycle unit and check operations • Check and clean burners • Test for Carbon Monoxide • Check thermostat • Check and clean condensate trap • Visual check of venting • Visual check of heat exchanger (if accessible) • Check and clean ignitor • Check and clean pilot • Check and clean flame sensor • Check pressure switch • Check draft inducer • Check and replace filter • Check operation of humidifier. 


Spring Service: • Cycle unit and check operations • Check and replace filter • Check and clean coil • Check and clean condenser • Clean condensate drain • Check compressor amp draws • Check wiring.

We needed a very complicated set-up of a big boiler/on-demand hot-water combo and A/C on one floor (with the boiler in the basement and the inside portion of the A/C in the attic) and a mini-split and standard hot water tank on another floor.  Walters & Hemming designed a very clever high-efficiency system that met all our needs.
